She customized the tour to meet both my wishes and those of my spouse, which were very different needs. She came prepared with still shots from The Crown to show how different places were used in the series. She also shared a lot of about British history and the royal family, and she is extremely knowledgeable. She was very observant about when to allow us more time to see something and when to move on. We never felt rushed and always felt that she was addressing our needs. Our minds did not wander once and the pace was relaxed and friendly.  The churches on the Wren walk were very beautiful and it was a privilege to be able to just drop in and soak in so many years of tradition and history with such a knowledgeable guide.
