Four of our Excellent guides are qualified black taxi drivers having done the world famous “Knowledge” and this, combined with their tour guiding training make them the best guides to this great city.
Black taxi tours are private, just for you and your guests or family. We can pick you up from any location in central London and tours can last from 2 hours upwards. Choose from one of our exclusive tours or why not tell us more about your interests and we can tailor the tour to suit you.

All our Excellent taxi guides are qualified by at least one of the relevant guiding associations of London: Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers Cab Guide, City of Westminster Guide Lecturers Association, City of London Guide Lecturers Association.
The Knowledge of London
The world’s most stringent “Taxi Driving Examination”. A three to four year process requiring drivers to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the 25,000 streets and over 50,000 points of interest within a six mile radius of London’s centre and to have an extensive knowledge of London’s suburbs. All drivers have undergone an advanced driving test.
Also requiring drivers to have an impeccable honest character, with no criminal record which is proved through the licensing requirement to hold an up to date DBS certificate.
You can be driven around London’s streets, safe in the knowledge that London’s taxis are the best in the world.
Black Taxi Tours
City Highlights
4-hour tour = £290
7-hour tour = £450
Together with your Excellent guide, you will explore London’s rich cultural heritage, taking in all the highlights in the comfort of your own private taxi. Hop out of the taxi, walk, talk & take your pics, then jump back in to continue your tour. During our City highlights tour you can expect to see the iconic London landmarks, including, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and The Tower of London to name just a few and it can be tailored to suit your priorities.
Our 4 hour half day tour is available in the morning between 8am to 1pm or in the afternoon between 1:30pm and 6pm. The 7 hour day tour is available between 8am – 6pm.

A really popular choice with those looking to experience London by night, The skyline is incredible and you will see London come alive at night.

Lighten up your winter mood with a tour of London’s Christmas lights. Starting the second week in November. Experience London’s bridges and world famous shops that are decked out in just the most beautiful festive light displays
