The elegant neighbourhood of Mayfair is the focus of Chris’ tours. He has worked on Park Lane in a luxury hotel since 2011 and has an insatiable appetite and energy for all things to do with London. 

His tours will give you a knowledge of the luxury hotels, the scandals and some of interesting characters who live in this smart area of town now and in the past, as well as recent developments. His selection of tours cover many of the very attractive streets of Mayfair, the prominent squares of Grosvenor, Berkeley and Hanover as well as the shady enclaves of Mount Street Gardens and the lanes of Shepherd Market. 

When we asked him about his process of putting his walks together, he said; “I spend a long time researching and developing my walks and hope my enthusiasm for them rubs off on my participants!”

His walking tour customers include, Londoners, visitors to the city from the UK and abroad many of them guests at the luxury hotels. 

Chris’ career in tourism and hospitality means he is used to ensuring his guests have the most enjoyable time during their stay London. Over the years, his work has included leading groups in Bath, Paris, New York, Rouen and to the D-Day beaches of Normandy.
